Title of the product(s) stated on the invoice shall remain the sole property of the Company until the Company has received payment for the product(s) in full.

 

The Company cannot accept return of goods except by prior agreement in writing. Goods returned after 1 month will incurr a charge of 20%.

 

Claims for damages and shortages will not be allowed unless the Company is notified in writing within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
